Cape Naturaliste House.

Perched atop Cape Naturaliste, the site hosts pristine banksia woodland of high conservation value, with ocean views South-East to Geographe Bay. The sun rising over the ocean is a rare experience to behold in Western Australia, and is the exact reason the family of six, who are no strangers to living on land and in the bush, have chosen this site to call a forever home; the ocean.

Defying the common indulgence of filling the site with sand to the maximum exploitation of view, the home falls with the land in a series of split levels. The roof reaches to the north allowing the sunlight to penetrate, whilst living areas are connected to the bush. Currently awaiting Development Approval, due to commence construction 2026.
